Ambedkar must have been really concerned of Harijans and OBC, since he had baptism of fire to reach his hieghts being a harijan. And a half cntury has passed if a generation cant lift themself up for the last 50 years with the special concerns given Indian Costituation 30-37, they are not worthy of the same. And I have seen in my college life that these priviledges are enjoyed by a stream who are back ward cast by financially strong and taken them for granted whie those fuedel now strive hard to earn daily bread are denied for the same.
