Dearest Sister

I wanted to leave you this on your blog but could not :Today as I was going through the emails sent you I have seen this and thought I might at well post it to its place..

Do forgive me for not replying I get carried away dreaming.. being in my lonely world which I melt in happiness to be within it...as the poetess in me only bloom.. I lock the real world, discard the skin of earth out of me...to live even if its a single moment forgotten in poetic land...Then only I can pour my heart out with nothing but poetry...

This poem reminds me so much of someone I know so well…I can not put my finger who is it but I know this is about a person I know by heart

Thank you for your thoughts

from me

It is always far easier to have faith in your own goodness than to confront others and fight for your rights. It is always easier to hear an insult and not retaliate than have the courage to fight back against someone stronger than yourself; we can always say we're not hurt by the stones others throw at us, and it's only at night - when we're alone and our husband or our school friend is asleep - that we can silently grieve over our own cowardice.

I hate seeing helplessness but I see it all around me. And when I see it ... I remember this quote

The only service you can do for anyone is to remind them of their true nature.

Remove the helplessness in your poems and that'll make it enjoyable. Remove the helplessness in your life and that'll make it joyful.
