About The Client

The role
Be the Founder's trusted right hand. You will shadow her closely, learn the business, and run everything on her behalf, except sales.

What you will do

• Manage day-to-day operations and office administration
• Lead, coach and support a team of ~20 full-time and part-time staff
• Monitor performance and keep every role running smoothly
• Step in wherever the business needs you
• Maintain the boutique's standards of service and trust

Who we are looking for

• Aged 40s, with significant experience in office administration
• A mature, people-first leader who earns respect
• Discreet, dependable and comfortable working with a senior founder
• Based in, or willing to work from, Teynampet

You are: 4-8 years' experience in FMCG or Organised Retail, with a record of delivering results.

Associate Partner – Consulting
