Associate Partner - HR, Training & Development

Shubashree is a dynamic and multifaceted professional whose career spans over 25 years across Human Resources, Learning & Development, Counseling, and Organizational Culture Enablement. 

She is a certified POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) Enabler, a practicing Cognitive Behavioral Therapist (CBT), and a passionate Life Skills Trainer.

She has taught 1,000s of students, 100s of teachers as well as bureaucrats, along with those from the IT, ITES and Manufacturing Industries. 

She is also an expert in DEI and has conducted several workshops in this segment for those in need.

Associate Partner - Business Strategy

Balaji is a retail rockstar with over 2 decades of experience in Store Operations and Business Management.

He began his career with the the eponymous Dubai-based Landmark Group' first Lifestyle store located in India at Chennai during the late 90s.

Later, he was part of Arvind Fashions during the late 2000s & played a pivotal role at one of India's earliest  value fashion concept - Megamart overseeing Operations and Store Expansion across Southern India.

For over 8 years since 2013, Balaji  served Landmark Group once again, across various formats such as the Centre Point, Max, Baby Shop, etc. in Qatar.

Associate Partner - Mall Management 

Damodaran, fondly known in the Indian Retail fraternity as "Damo", has over 2.5 decades of experience in Retail Operations and Mall Management.

He began his career in the late 90s with Globus, one of the earliest entrants in fashion retail. 

Later, he was part of the founding team at The Future Group owned Central Malls, where he led various departments and mall management at the centres located across India.

As General Manager of Ampa Sky Walk Mall, he led the facility's  leasing and operations, working closely with the Promoters. 

He has also served Lighthouse Malls, a mall consulting firm, in an Executive capacity. 

Associate Partner - Leasing & Expansion

Prakash is a BABL by education, has an MBA in Marketing and has been a Retail professional for over 15 years. 

He has worked in managerial and leadership roles at Reliance retail, Aditya Birla Retail, Raymond, etc. 

He was instrumental in adding over 100 stores through Franchising as well company operated across Southern India for Firstcry, a start-up selling baby care products which was acquired by Mahindra Retail.

Prakash has also served Anarock, an International Property Consulting Firm and Amazon-invest More. Retail. 

Associate Partner - Business Development

Shanawaz is a seasoned Sales and Business Development professional with over 12 years' experience across media, loyalty, and consumer businesses. 

Among his key achievements include setting up the first ever Loyalty Program for Phoenix Malls in Chennai which was later replicated to other locations. 

Known for driving revenue, building strong client relationships, and leading high-performing teams, he has consistently delivered growth across top brands.

Shanawaz brings strategic insight, execution excellence, and a deep passion for creating impactful customer value.

Associate Partner - Events

Sikkander is a Media professional with over two decades of strategic experience in brand communication, media planning, and integrated marketing solutions. 

His specializations include digital marketing, content production, celebrity and influencer partnerships, event ideation, and execution.  

He has worked closely with titans of Cinema Industry including Shah Rukh Khan, Kamal Hassan, to name a few.

He is known for his structured, audience-first approach, focusing on understanding brand needs, and executing campaigns with precision and purpose.

Associate Partner - Food & Beverage

Ram is a veteran in the F&B and Hospitality Industry with over 25 years' hands-on experience working in markets such as the US & Europe as well as in India. 

He has overseen the F&B vertical at Cafe Coffee Day at a Leadership level and helped scale the country's first indigenous cafe brand to 1,700 outlets during his 13-year tenure where he signed off as President for Food & Beverage in 2021.

Lead - Public Relations & Activation

Muthu is a seasoned PR professional with a hands-on experience and has managed several large mandates for clients. 

Over the last 15 years, Muthu has worked with marquee mainstream International and Indian Media houses and has conducted dozens of events. 

He is currently the Hon'y Chairman of the Public Relations Society of India (PRSI) Tamil Nadu Chapter. 

Key Accounts Manager

Kevin is a graduate in Fashion Technology from the prestigious National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT) Hyderabad. 

He has worked with marquee fashion brands such as Tommy Hilfiger and Indian Terrain as well as Gokuldas Exports. 

As a Business Analyst, Kevin has built hands-on skills in interpreting data, converting them to actions insights for our esteemed Clients.
