The Training academy was first conceived by our Founder, Mr. S. Shriram in 2002, when he was a Trainer at RPG Institute of Retail Management (RIRM).
At RIRM and there after at the Future Group, Shriram has trained and groomed over 2,000 front-end staff, who went on to become Retail champions over the years.
